The California Rice Commission in partnership with the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce was proud to present this spectacular evening of culture and cuisine. Close to 400 hundred people gathered at the Sacramento Asian Sports Foundation in Elk Grove to enjoy top cuisine from the Sacramento area's best Japanese and Asian restaurants, fine wine, beer and sake tasting. As well as live entertainment by the Sacramento Taiko Dan.
Congratulations to the winning chefs who will move on to compete at the 2008 SushiMasters Finals, scheduled for June 2008.
