The California Rice Commission was proud to sponsor this spectacular evening of culture and cuisine.
Close to 400 hundred people gathered at the Miyako Hotel to enjoy top cuisine from the Bay Area's best
Japanese and Asian restaurants, fine wine and sake tasting, a sushi demonstration and live entertainment.
Congratulations to the winning chefs who will move on to compete at the 2008 SushiMasters Finals,
scheduled for June/July 2008.
