Competition Finalists

From traditional to fusion-style, California's sushi restaurants offer a wide variety of flavors and textures to satisfy any palate. We left it to the culinary experts to choose the best in California to compete in the 2006 SushiMasters.

Sushi restaurants in key California markets were given the opportunity to enter in hopes of being selected to compete at SushiMasters 2006. After reviewing entries submitted by many talented sushi chefs, our Chef Advisory Panel selected the following chefs to compete in the only statewide sushi competition in the U.S.
